Regular Planning Commission Meetings are held on the third Thursday of each month. In the Town Council Chambers, 37622 N. Cave Creek Road, Cave Creek, AZ.  The public is encouraged to participate in person at the Council Chambers or remotely via Zoom. Planning Commission Agendas, Minutes and Commission Meeting Recordings are available on the Town’s website at  https://cavecreek.civicweb.net/filepro/documents/17784/.

To participate or speak during a Commission Meeting please complete a comment card and submit it to the Clerk prior to the start of the meeting. If you plan to participate remotely through Zoom, please submit an electronic comment card no later than 2 pm the day of the meeting here: https://www.cavecreekAZ.gov/comment
