About The Commission

The Planning Commission (the Commission) is the planning agency for the Town and has the powers necessary to enable it to fulfill its planning function, in accordance with the Arizona Revised Statutes and the zoning ordinance. The Commission shall advise the Town Council regarding applications for amendments to the general plan, area specific plans, and the zoning ordinance; and for development, including subdivisions.

TOWN OF CAVE CREEK REQUEST FOR APPLICATIONS
PLANNING COMMISSION POSITION

 The Town Council of the Town of Cave Creek is currently seeking applications from Cave Creek residents wishing to serve on the Town of Cave Creek Planning Commission.  Currently there are two positions up for appointment with a term ending December 31, 2028.  Applications are available either at Town Hall or you may download via the Town of Cave Creek website via the following link: https://www.cavecreekaz.gov/DocumentCenter/View/2740/Board-Committee-and-Commission-Application-3?bidId=  Applications must be submitted to the Town of Cave Creek on or before Noon, Monday, November 17, 2025. Applications should be submitted to Teresa Riza, Deputy Town Manager/Town Clerk, 37622 N. Cave Creek Road, Cave Creek, Arizona, 85331.  Town Council will review all letters of interest and conduct interviews with applicants on the December 2, 2025.
