Meet the Town Council
The Town of Cave Creek has a Council-Manager form of government. Legislative policy is set by the elected Council and administered by the Council-appointed Town Manager. The Town Council consists of a Mayor and six Council Members. In this form of government, the Mayor and Council Members (elected by Cave Creek residents) set policy, and the Town Manager (appointed by the Mayor and Council) implements that policy and manages the Town's day-to-day operations.
The Mayor and Council Members hold two-year terms, with all seats decided during fall elections in even-numbered years. They are elected at large on a nonpartisan basis.
