Cave Creek Water Policy
As of December 20, 2021 the Cave Creek Town Council approved the Cave Creek Water Policy in order to ensure a safe and reliable water supply for new and existing customers. No new water service will be established outside the Town boundaries unless required by existing valid contractual obligations and statutory obligations.
How To Start or Stop Existing Services

What Is A Water Will Serve Request
Current Property Owners seeking to confirm that the town will be willing to commit to serving water to a specific property that is not already connected to the Town of Cave Creek Water.
The town is no longer accepting requests for Will Serves outside the Town of Cave Creek.

Associated Fees
All customers are responsible for the cost of installing piping to the meter and/or all water main extensions if required. In addition to the cost of all watermain or line extensions, the following costs are to be made to the Town of Cave creek prior to any meter sets.
- Capacity Charge/Hook up Fee: Dependent on meter size
- Establishment of Service Fee: $20
- New Meter Set Fee: Dependent on meter size
