Engineering
The Engineering Department is responsible for reviewing all Right-of Way permits. Additionally, the Engineering Department:
- Oversees maintenance of the Town’s Desert Awareness Park and the Cave Creek Rodeo grounds;
- Is responsible for fleet management of the Town’s vehicles and Public Works’ heavy equipment
- Reviews all site plans, plats, lot splits and building permits;
- And is responsible for maintenance of all Town property.
Effective February 1, 2025, Cave Creek has an updated Comprehensive Fee Schedule.
