The Town's Development Services Department encompasses our Building and Fire Code Compliance division and Planning & Zoning division.
Paperless Permitting
The Town of Cave Creek Development Services Department is converting to paperless permitting to reduce costs, avoid errors, and streamline workflow. The Town is currently in the process of digitizing the permitting program. As of November 1st, the Town will stop accepting paper plans and the associated documents required for permitting. This new process will not change the permitting requirements, just how they are delivered to us. If you cannot digitize your plans, the Town will charge a $5 per sheet fee to scan them. Or, you can have that scanning completed at a local print shop. Send digitized documents to permits.
